We are currently seeking a HR Advisor, to join our fantastic client in the hospitality industry, on a temporary to permanent contract.
The postholder will support the delivery of employee lifecycles and develop strong working relationships with people managers, whilst developing knowledge & capability of employment law, relating to the employee lifecycle.
Temporary to permanent contract
£13.05 per hour (£28,000 per annum)
08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
45 minute lunch
Requirements:
” Strong knowledge of UK employment law
” Level 5 CIPD or equivalent and recent experience in a similar role
” MS Office applications practical experience, with a strong working knowledge of Excel for reporting
” Efficient and organised to effectively prioritise and manage workload
” Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
” Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
” Ability to travel to sites around the UK
Responsibilities:
” Working in collaboration with our external HR advice partner, provide high quality, tailored people support and advice in a timely manner to managers and their teams in all areas of recruitment, employee performance, absence, conduct and development.
” Lead the compliance of internal people policies, processes and documents ensuring they are being implemented, identifying, and providing training to people managers as necessary.
” Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, responsible for supporting department managers with recruitment forecasting, recruitment pipelines, the preparation of job descriptions, posting advertisements and supporting the hiring process through to probation completion.
” Lead the Employee Voice Survey and companywide engagement activities.
” Process administration for the employee lifecycle (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, leavers etc).
” Compile data and prepare regular reports on the activities related to the employee lifecycle.
” Support the delivery of change activity that impacts on our people ensuring they are compliant with any employment law requirements.
