Head of Commercial Property Lawyer Role
You will be joining a well-established team undertaking a broad range of complex commercial and residential development matters, site acquisitions, funding arrangements and more, acting for renowned clients across the North West region and UK.
Joining the firm at a Senior level, you will be working closely with the team / law practice, being involved at a strategic level across the commercial property department, liaising with the Management Board and further operating at Senior Level, specializing in areas of:
– Commercial sale and acquisitions.
– Investment purchases.
– Auction purchases, new build and off plan development purchase and sales.
– Re-mortgage and equity release schemes.
– Leasehold enfranchisement.
– Assignment of Leases
– Lease Surrenders
– Charges/Re-Mortgages
– Residential Estate Development
– Buying and Selling Businesses
– Shareholder disputes
– Partnership deeds
– Landlord and Tenant issues
– Recovering possession of property (residential and commercial)
– Contract disputes
– Debt recovery
– Conveyancing.
– Further Advance and Additional Borrowing.
Must have minimum 5 years + previous experience in Commercial Property and Commercial Landlord and Tenant experience.
