Contract- Temporary (possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate).
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00- 17:00
Your responsibilities as a Front of House Assistant Manager will include…
To ensure consistency and a high level of performance and presentation and to fill in for the Bistro manager when necessary.
To contribute to the efficient operation of the cafe in the areas of customer service, stock management and ordering, damage/breakage prevention, organisation, and departmental staff training.
To undertake bistro management duties as required.
Provide table service to all guests, delivering attentive service and managing any special requirements.
To assist the Bistro manager in ensuring that all employees are aware of their daily responsibilities.
Ensure that all equipment and areas are cleaned thoroughly and according to the correct method.
Verify that deliveries are checked in accurately and correctly priced.
To perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and to record and report financial information in compliance with corporate policies.

An individual who has previous experience working in a managerial role in the Hospitality Sector.
Someone with strong customer service skills.
Someone with strong communication skills.
Strong team management skills.
Strong organisational skills
