EYFS Teaching Assistant Required In Leamington Spa

Your new school will be a lovely school with a village feel within Leamington Spa. This school pride themselves on their community and believe in creating firm foundations for their pupils to flourish.
This school is easily accessible from Warwick, Leamington and Kenilworth, and the working hours are 8.45-3pm, this role is due to start on the 17th April and is until the end of the summer term. This post is covering a long term sickness so doesn’t have a finish date.
Your new role
You’ll be working within an Early Years class as an EYFS teaching assistant, to succeed you will need to be energetic, nurturing and have a passion for understanding and listening to the needs of the children. You will need to be able to work to your own initiative within a classroom environment and in small groups outside of the classroom. You must be able to create a stimulating classroom environment for your children and be comfortable in arranging your day to suit the children and have a good understanding of child led learning.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must have at least 40 days experience in working within a school environment this can be either on a voluntary basis or payed work.
A good understanding of the EYFS learning curriculum is essential as you will be expected to monitor and track the children’s development.
You must be flexible, and able to work to your initiative and be willing to help where necessary within the school.
