About the role:
We are looking for two enthusiastic and committed Data Officers to join our busy Timetabling team. The successful applicant will be working to provide an excellent service in maintaining student records, processing and maintaining timetables and student participation records across the organisation.
This is a fixed-term, part-time role working 18 hours per week (0.49 FTE) until July 2024, and could be based with our Timetabling team at Reading or Bracknell College. There is the potential to extend this contract depending on capacity when it comes to a close.
What do you need to be successful as a Data Officer at Activate Learning?
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with computer systems such as Microsoft Office is essential and previous experience of accurately processing large amounts of data would be an advantage.
