Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Edinburgh (EH3)
Monday to Friday hours between 8am and 6pm
The role involves delivering excellent customer service through multiple channels (inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital methods) to support end clients. The successful candidate will need to communicate clearly with customers, work accurately and efficiently, drive through process improvements, observe legal obligations, and manage their workload to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
The role requires a positive customer-oriented outlook, computer literacy, team-working skills, and the ability to adapt to change. The candidate must have a minimum of N5/GCSE in Maths and English and previous experience in customer-facing roles.
Deliver excellent customer service through multiple channels.

Drive through process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Observe legal obligations and adhere to the company’s corporate policies and guidelines.
