Customer Coordinator

12 Month Temporary Contract
The Role:
To provide excellent customer service and be the key point of contact with customers and suppliers
Dealing with enquiries, coordinating all activities and communications relating to the administration and fulfilment of orders
Dealing with overseas customers who require shipments either by sea vessel or airfreight, arranging freight in a timely manner
Preparation of all necessary documentation
Receive and deal with sales orders
Input data into SAP computer system
Maintain good communications with all parties
Processing orders, clarifying customers requirements
Liaising with all parties concerned to schedule dispatch and delivery
Skills and attributes required:
Customer Account Management essential
Sales processing understanding
Organised, excellent communication and administration skills
