Our prestigious client who are based in Renfrewshire, are hiring a credit controller due to internal progression. This is a full time permanent role and the hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm.

The Role
Take full responsibility for the credit control function
Issue and send invoices to customers
Investigate and resolve queries
Manage and take responsibility for your own ledger
Dealing with high volume customers
Collection of outstanding debts by telephone and email
Processing and generating reminder emails
Reconciling customer accounts
Monthly aged debt reporting including input to bad debt provision calculation
Assist in processing supplier invoices
The Candidate
Will be required to have previous experience working within a similar role
Have knowledge of working in a high volume, fast pace credit control environment
Ability to manage a ledger from start to finish
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent numeracy skills
Accurate when working with figures
Organised, methodical approach to work
