If so, Portsmouth Community Nursing Team are recruiting!This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated nurse to join the Community Nursing team in Portsmouth as a Tissue Viability nurse. We are looking for a dynamic enthusiastic nurse who has experience in, or a genuine interest in tissue viability and leg care to join the team. The team participates in the provision of specialist nursing care to clients and provides specialist advice to clients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team.Ideally applicants should have Tissue Viability experience within a community setting or equivalent relevant experience in an acute setting, with evidence of continued professional development. Support will be offered to develop current skills and gain expertise in other areas of wound care. Experience of delivering
education would be beneficial as you will be required to provide education in the classroom and informal settings. Acting as a resource to fellow professionals, carers, and clients in a range of settings, you will need effective interpersonal skills and show leadership skills to support a flexible and positive approach to problem solving.You will also need a driving licence with access to a vehicle for work use (mileage allowance paid).
