The post is to join our District Nursing Team based in Weymouth. There are five teams covering the whole of the Weymouth and Portland Locality. This post can offer flexibility to the applicant to offer hours to suit both you and the wider team. We are a forward-thinking team that promotes
development and carer progression . You will learn and become competent in many clinical skills which will enable you to be able to deliver highly skilled nursing care, whilst building relationships with the patients. The District Nursing service is an integral part of the local Community Services that has been nationally recognised for its work in admission avoidance and keeping people in their own homes.
