When people have had a major setback in life, its our Community Reablement Assistants at Hampshire County Council who support them to regain their independence and regain control of their life.After a hospital admission, service users may have lost their confidence or are unable to complete daily tasks as before. Perhaps theyve had an operation or are recovering from a fall. Whatever their age, background or circumstance, our Reablement Service is designed to help service users regain the ability, independence and confidence to do some or all the things they used to do in a safe and realistic way.We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, patient and person-centred individuals with a caring personality and attitude, looking for a rewarding career that will suit people from all backgrounds.
