Role: Community Mental Health Practitioner (CMHT Older Adults) Base: Dane Garth, Barrow-in-Furness Band / Salary: Band 6 Hours: 37.5hrs p/w Type of Contract: Permanent An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and skilled Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to join our busy Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults. We are looking for someone who: enjoys and works well in a team setting and is also able to work independently; is committed to working with older people with mental health needs and is able to work effectively in this demanding role. The team serves the population of the Furness Peninsula at the edge of the Lake District and has its base in Barrow-in-Furness. It is an established team with a friendly and supportive culture.
