We are working towards delivering a contemporary mental health service that offers excellent standards of care and meaningful interventions. You will be expected to deliver high quality, recovery-focused mental health interventions to a vulnerable client group. This may range from a brief therapeutic intervention to a complex package of care. There is an expectation that our practitioners have (or are willing to undertake) training to deliver psychologically informed interventions, both 1-1 and group based. We also require our practitioners to be motivated and interested in using data and digital solutions to inform their practice. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is interested in developing as a practitioner and person, development opportunities will be available, and supervision will be provided.
