An exciting opportunity has arisen for
Bank Band 6 RN (child) who have had previous experience with children with
complex health needs based within the Community Childrens nursing team. As a Band 6 bank nurse you will be working across
all of our Community Childrens nursing areas including Community Childrens nurses,
Special schools and childrens Diabetes team. This role involves supporting
children and young people with a variety of health conditions across different
settings.
As
a member of the team a flexible approach to working will be required, excellent
communication skills are necessary and evidence of previous multi agency /
disciplinary working are essential to the role. This
role is part of the Community Childrens Nursing team across Shropshire and
Telford.Operational
hours are variable between Monday- Sunday 08.00-20.00 there may be the need for
the post holder to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including
seeing the children in their own homes, in Special schools or other community
settings. The post holder will need to
be able to meet the travel requirements of the role. We
