Forget support worker jobs that are all about the same routine, day in, day out – no two days here are the same. We can promise you something really different – something that will bring a smile to your face every time you come to work.
From our bases, Chrysalis supports adults with disabilities, with a strong focus on those with learning disabilities, to live their best lives. We want the people we support to be active and independent. Driving licence essential.
We want you to work with individuals to develop and build on people’s abilities, enabling them to develop their strengths and interests, and to have an active role in their community.

It includes a competitive salary, contributory pension, healthcare benefit scheme, 30 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) rising to 35 days, Wholefood Shop discount, Blue Light Card eligibility, discounted Gym Membership and extensive training opportunities.
