Exciting Development and Investment Property Solicitor Job in Exeter

Our leading international firm have a fantastic reputation in the legal sector and are looking to recruit an ambitious commercial property solicitor to join their successful Commercial Property team in Exeter, focusing on handling a varied development and investment caseload.

Your new role
You will be working on a variety of projects, offering advice on residential and commercial development matters for a broad breadth of clients across the private and public sectors. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on residential and commercial development files, handling acquisitions of development sites for residential and mixed-use schemes and assisting on land acquisitions and disposals. The opportunity to be involved in working on strategic land investment and in advising clients on the provision of social housing is also available.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an enthusiastic and focused Commercial Property solicitor with experience of working in a highly regarded real estate team. Experience of handling residential and/ or commercial development matters would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of advising on social housing developments.

You will have a strong client focus, with an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and enjoy building your own personal profile through assisting with business development activities.
