Your new company
You will be working for one of the largest organisations in Edinburgh who are looking to add a commercial heating engineer to their trades team and will be working on a variety of commercial buildings including office space, leisure facilities & hotel accommodation.
Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance throughout various buildings and carry out reactive & emergency tasks & general heating works. The portfolio of buildings is diverse and you will spend a lot of time on foot walking between jobs within certain designated areas.
You will also have to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults & ensure all tasks are completed within the contractual timescales and all work-related documentation is completed accurately.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking to speak to fully qualified commercial heating engineers with all tickets being checked & validated. As this role provides access to a van on occasion, you will need to have a valid UK Driving license. This position is working within a multi-trades team and will require you to work well as part of a team and on your own .
