As a Clinical Secretary you will play a vital role in supporting the Cardiology clinicians. If you enjoy variety in a fast paced environment wish to be part of a team striving to make a difference and have the ability to work under pressure at times and you can answer “yes” to the above then we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will need to deal with patients, clinicians and other staff members, ensuring high levels of customer service and attention to detail. You will have regular interaction with the secretarial management team and the departmental service manager. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good interpersonal, verbal and written skills and have a “can do” attitude.
You will have a good level of IT literacy as you will be using multiple software packages.
