You will offer evidence-based psychological therapy to clients aged 14-65 years, who have had a first episode of psychosis (including family intervention – training provided). You will work closely with the MDT to shape and fulfil the needs identified in the care plan and to meet the standards of care for the service. You will offer consultation and indirect work to support care coordinators and support staff to deliver effective care. You will work together with psychologists and psychological therapists across the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire EI services to improve care by contributing to projects and supporting research. You will supervise junior staff.
