An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef to join our warm and friendly team at Knox Court, a retirement living plus complex based in Rugby.
As a Chef within our division, you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team. We will give you responsibility for ensuring the food is to the highest standard, the kitchen area is always clean and well presented, and well-stocked.
In addition, you will manage the menus, ensuring variety and nutritional value and making sure everyone is up to date with any special offers/allergens. Finally, along with colleagues, you will ensure COSHH, food safety, and H&S are followed, with any incidents reported in line with documented procedures.
Working Pattern: 5 over 7 days, 40 hours per week, 8:00am – 4:00pmTo apply for the position of Chef you will need the following essential skills and experience:
Previous catering experience
Possess a passion for food
