• Paying for travel time in between each care visit
• Paying enhanced rates for NVQ’s
• Introducing a temporary increase in mileage
• Offering Flexible hours
• Ensuring you have the same clients on a daily basis
• Hourly payrate of £11.00 -£11.30 per hour

The Role of a Care AssistantAs a Care Worker you will be working with clients to live independently within their own home and local community by
• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines our clients have

Hours & Requirements
Typically calls are scheduled in 2 time slots Morning & Lunches / Teas & Beds (We can support flexibility with working hours, speak to our recruitment team to find out more)
Have full entitlement to work in the UK
Have access to a car, motorcycle or moped so you can travel in between clients
