The team covers everything to do with pay and reward for delegated grades and Senior Civil Servants (SCS), including: Pay awardsGradingPensionsAllowancesPerformance rewards, andStaff benefits plus our employee value proposal (EVP)This is a challenging and varied role reporting to the Deputy Head of Reward, where the successful individual will make a significant contribution to the delivery of the pay and reward service, plus support the development of fair and competitive reward strategies that attract and retain for ‘A Brilliant Civil Service’. You will have lead accountability for several specific projects while also being a real team player supporting policy development and projects across the team. The role offers a significant amount of opportunity, autonomy, and flexibility.
