As a Business Analyst you will work as part of a unique team spanning corporate and operational services who are responsible for monitoring, reporting and supporting clinical services to deliver multi-million pound contracts. A degree of business acumen is desired but not essential, as training will be given, however the ideal candidate should possess an in depth knowledge of using and interpreting data to identify efficiencies using forecasting, population health and predictive analysis.
This role plays a major part in ensuring a high level of data quality is achieved and performance information is available for services to understand how they are performing to affect change.
You will be responsible for helping services understand how they are performing against contractual and quality requirements using a range of tools such as demand and capacity and Productivity models. It is essential you are able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
