Billing Administrator – Permanent
Salary starting 23k
Location – Basingstoke
Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week + 26 days holiday

Our client is looking for a Billing Administrator to join their team working with County Council & London Fire contracts. As a Billing Administrator, you’ll be working within the facilities management team, supporting the operational and office-based teams working on the contracts

Duties:

Creating and invoicing applications
Creating invoice packs, downloading worksheets, invoices & back-up documentation
Looking into queries submitted by the client, assisting with loading credit purchase agreements
Adhoc tasks to assist in other areas of the business as and when required

Skills and Experience

You have proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
You can work in a fast moving, timebound environment
You have experience working in an office environment, particularly with contract and customer/client systems
