From £29,180 plus 5% fringe allowance (per annum pro rata),
plus 2.5% for each additional day onsite above two daysDHC Talking Therapies is recruiting
for Advanced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our successful IAPT
team. This Advanced PWP role creates a perfect ‘stepping stone’
into both PWP leadership or clinical progression.You
will be providing high volume low intensity interventions. You will
have the opportunity to have a mix of virtual and on site work, including face
to face, video/telephone, workshops and computerised CBT appointments across
your week. You will develop your clinical skills
by being member of our duty team working as a duty clinician, which includes
triaging referrals and supporting colleagues. You will support DHC Talking
Therapies and Senior PWPs in building relationships with our Primary Care
Networks and other services, as part of our First Contact Psychological
Practitioner team and a champion role. You will receive and provide high
level case management and clinical skills. You will have regular group supervision,
line management, daily duty support and excellent CPD opportunities. You will be
part of the service membership to The CBT Resource, which offers access to a
wealth of recorded and live CPD to maintain your yearly accreditation, as well
as supporting your clinical development.
