Main purpose of the role

During your defined hours of work you will provide
general medical services to registered patients on the list of the practice. This
will include seeing patients at the practice premises or in their home when
appropriate.

In exceptional circumstances you may be asked to
provide additional services on an emergency basis providing such services are
within your clinical competence and such provision would not otherwise
jeopardise the delivery of general medical services to patients on the practice
list within our area.

The role will be expected to work on a flexible
basis, work across the two practices and provide cover for other GPs.
