Working alongside Social Workers and Occupational Therapists, you will undertake assessment, review, care coordination and practical interventions within the Renfrewshire area. This role requires mobile and flexible working practices from any Council premises and you will travel throughout the Council area.
You must be able to use IT packages; possess sound assessment and interpersonal skills; communicate effectively verbally and in writing, work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, prioritise your own workload, motivated, committed to Social Work values and be able to travel throughout the Renfrewshire Area.
An SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or HNC in Care or Occupational Therapy Support or equivalent is desirable as is the use of SWIFT.
Full training and support will be given to ensure that you are able to maintain the department’s commitment to continuous improvement.
