Full Time – Administrator – Hybrid (Central Reading) – £12 per hour
Your new role
The Administrator will provide administrative support to our client’s project management team. You will work with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Support the project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects
Coordinate project meetings and record minutes
Maintain project files and databases
Monitor project progress and provide updates to project managers
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project deliverables are met
Perform other project-related administrative tasks as assigned
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience in admin
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ideally Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
