Since 2012, Capita have been working in partnership with the British Army to deliver best in class recruitment services. The partnership is responsible for attracting, sourcing and selecting officers and soldiers for the Army (Regular and Reserve), meeting targets for quantity, quality and candidate experience.As an Administrator you will be based onsite at Alexander Barracks, Pirbright. You will be required to work Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 8am-1.30pm. Flexibility to work one Saturday every couple of months, you will receive time off in lieu.What you’ll be doing:
• Pro-actively carrying out administrative tasks, including, opening and sorting of post, processing medical documents, answering emails and filing
• Uploading information onto the internal database
• Providing a quality service to internal customers and candidates to achieve personal targets and contribute to team targets
• Following all business processes, policies and systems to deliver agreed service levels
• Occasionally act as chaperone for candidate medicals
• Supporting the team as and when required

What we’re looking for:
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Previous administration experience, would be an advantage
• Good IT skills using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail
