A part-time vacancy for an Accounts Junior has become available in a busy SME in Southport. The contract will be for a period of 8 months to cover maternity leave but may be extended for the right applicant. Business hours of Monday to Friday, working 24 hours per week, flexible working schedule can be considered.
Duties to include:
Emailing customer statements
Chasing customer payments
Processing purchase invoices
Reconciling P/L accounts to supplier statements
Supporting the accounts department
Good communication skills are required as well as attention to detail and proficient use of Excel.
