You will be working in a technology team for global company leading in their industry based in Milton Keynes.
Your new role
As a 2nd Line support analyst, you will be responding to any escalated hardware or software issues within the organisation, logging and updating these queries on their ticket logging system. You will also be working in a driven team to combat any pressing IT queries and recording the process. You will also be required to escalate to 3rd line support when appropriate.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience and exposure to 2nd Line support
Experience in application support
Ability to be proactive and take initiative to solve any persistent IT issues
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), in order to understand the queries and provide excellent customer-orientated service
Ability to work in a team
Great understanding of various softwares and hardware
