About the Employer
We are the parents of a young boy with moderate to severe Autism.
Our son is non-verbal, is full of life and very energetic. He has little or no awareness of dangers such as traffic and needs supervising closely.
As parents we want the best for our son and for this reason we would like to recruit 2 PA’s to work together at the same time.
Working together as a small team this will create a bond of trust for our son, ourselves as parents and the PAs.
Summary of Duties
Be part of our family in making a difference.
In supporting our son you will be supporting us as a family unit.
To take our son to the park
To take our son to activities such as soft play
To accompany our son to the swimming pool and go in the water with him
To manage/supervise our son ensuring his safety at all times
Our son wears nappies which may need attending to when you are out and about
Car owner/ driver

The Times Required
Evening: 2 hours x 2 support workers
Weekend: 8 hours x 2 workers
School holidays (12 hours x 2 workers x 13 weeks)
