They claim; “The universal credit will give stronger incentives to work to single adults and main earners in couples, the report said, but will weaken the incentive for both adults in a couple to work. It will also lead, on average, to stronger incentives for low earners to earn more, but slightly weaker incentives for middle earners to earn more.” What do you think?
